Website-visiting Companies —
Identified companies with a recorded website visit, including companies without sales outreach. Each company domain counts once per period across the selected channels; returning companies may appear in later periods. The total counts each company once across the entire date range.
New Companies —
New CRM company records after a delivered non-CRM visitor digest, with a verified outbound email or call and no recorded RFQ submission.
New SQL Companies —
The same new-company cohort that has reached SQL or beyond by the source cutoff. Grouped by company creation date; this is lifetime qualification, like Marketing.
New Deals —
New non-expansion deals in the Direct Sales pipeline, created after both company creation and the first outbound touch. Grouped by deal creation date.
New Pipeline Generated —
Deal amounts for the same qualifying new deals, grouped by deal creation date. Uses the same HubSpot deal amount basis as Marketing.
Website-visiting Companies uses recorded visits from saved HubSpot company visitor captures and the collector’s existing exclusions. These are identified visiting companies, not all anonymous website traffic. Channel membership comes from the capture surrounding each visit, not event-level attribution. Missing captures can undercount visits; periods without observations remain unavailable. The shared company filters use the latest saved evidence and the Leads Daily Digest’s Fit and Investigate reasons, including for historical periods. Companies without supported reasons appear only in All companies.
The four outbound outcome charts start with companies delivered in the scored visitor digest’s non-CRM sections. Exact domains, explicit aliases and CRM associations connect records; existing companies and corporate contacts are excluded. A verified sent sales email or terminal outbound call establishes pickup. Company creation or account ownership alone does not count. A submitted English/French quote form excludes the company; a quote-page visit does not.
Outbound channels come from the saved visitor capture supporting the first digest appearance. Those discovery dates can extend beyond the digest window; this is observed channel membership, not single-source or causal attribution. A company seen on several channels counts once when any of them is selected.
Company and SQL bars use company creation dates; deals and pipeline use deal creation dates. Weeks run Monday–Sunday in America/New_York. Outbound dates before scored-digest coverage remain unavailable; recent periods are partial. Unlogged sales activity cannot be measured. The visitor chart’s bottom legend switches its right axis between company CPA (CAD) and RFQ-page visiting companies (%). RFQ percentage is off by default; selecting either right-axis metric turns the other off. A recorded RFQ page visit is not a submitted RFQ. CPA compares fixed Industrial campaign spend with the selected visiting companies. CPA is omitted from the four outbound charts because spend is not attributable to that outbound cohort.
