Summary cards use the selected source and company scope, with all recorded outcomes through the source cutoff. Each card links to its detailed clock.
Companies acquired in period. Acquired-contact work and related-account work remain separate.
Canonical SQL membership is separate from temporal qualification, assignment, seller action, and preexisting exceptions.
Booking, occurrence, completion, outcome, and participant clocks are measured separately.
Workload reports recorded activity, breadth, phase, role, and responsibility coverage without ranking staff by volume.
Overlapping diagnostic flags and exclusive backlog statuses are distinct reporting views, not service-level targets.
Deals use create-date and close-date event clocks. Amounts retain their existing currency semantics.
Shared notes and history use the existing storage and API. Notes are not CRM activity.
Read the matched snapshot, cutoff, history, link, actor, and privacy state before interpreting a number.
Qualifying company: a canonical company with an eligible, non-expansion contact created in the selected period and source set.
Observation period: all companies and recorded outcomes through the source cutoff are included, regardless of how recently the company entered the cohort. Recent cohorts have had less time to convert. Unknown, incomplete, and preexisting outcomes stay separate from measured zero; a rate without a denominator remains unavailable.
Recorded activity: only sanitized, typed activity facts from the matched Sales snapshot. Invitation is not attendance, a completed task is not buyer engagement, and missing history is not no work.
Unavailable: the underlying activity or history does not support a number for the selected view.
Timing: elapsed durations use UTC instants. User-facing timestamps and cutoff dates use Armenia time (AMT, UTC+04:00).
